Garment finishing and quality

Threads are trimmed and spots cleaned; some styles are garment-washed or softened, then pressed. A measurement audit checks every point of measure against the tech pack, and final inspection follows an agreed sampling plan.

What happens at this stage

Finishing removes loose threads and marks. Depending on the style, garments may be washed (enzyme or softener), brushed or distressed, then pressed.

Measurement audits check points of measure against the tech pack tolerances. Final inspection follows an agreed sampling plan; needle or metal detection applies only where required.
