When you send an enquiry or an estimate, we collect the details you enter: name, email, company, website, country, the project details you choose to share and, if you used the estimator, your answers. We also record the page the enquiry came from and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

We use enquiry data only to reply to you, scope your project and, if we work together, to run the project. The legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Essential browser storage remembers your choices (cookie consent, journey view, estimator progress). Analytics run only if you accept them, and analytics events never contain personal data. See the cookie policy.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Estimates are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host this website and deliver email, under their own data-protection terms, or where the law requires it.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact page.
