Design, pattern and CLO 3D
A tech pack drives the CAD pattern pieces — front, back, sleeves, neck rib — graded across sizes. CLO 3D simulates fabric, fit and drape on an avatar so changes are made before physical sampling, and approved changes flow back into the tech pack.

What happens at this stage
The design track runs in parallel with fabric development. A tech pack defines the style: sketches, measurements, materials, construction and trims.
Pattern pieces are drafted in CAD and graded across the size range. In CLO 3D the pattern is sewn virtually on an avatar using the fabric's physical properties, so fit and drape issues are resolved before a physical sample is cut.
