Clothing Manufacturer

A clothing manufacturer that answers the hard questions

Low-MOQ blank customisation from 50 pieces, or fully custom cut and sew from 300 pieces per style-colour. Based in Lahore, Pakistan. Working with brands in the US, UK and EU.

Start here

Most factories quote you on nothing

Here is what usually happens. You send a mood board to ten manufacturers. Six ignore you. Four reply with prices that range from $4 to $14 for what sounds like the same hoodie. You cannot tell which quote is real, because no two of them are quoting the same garment.

That is not a sourcing problem. It is an information problem, and it solves itself once your product is properly specified.

We are a clothing manufacturer in Lahore, Pakistan. We work with fashion brands, streetwear labels, corporate uniform buyers and ecommerce founders — mostly in the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. We manufacture apparel and we also handle everything upstream of the sewing floor: design, tech packs, fabric sourcing, sampling and quality control.

That combination matters more than it sounds. When the same team writes your specification and then builds the garment, the price you get quoted is the price you pay, and the sample you approve is the sample you receive.

Two routes

Which route fits your stage?

We manufacture two ways, because brands arrive at very different points.

Blank customisation — from 50 pieces

You choose from premium blank garments — tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, outerwear — and we apply your branding: screen print, DTG, embroidery, woven labels, custom packaging. The garment already exists, so there is no pattern to develop and no fabric to source. This is the fastest and lowest-commitment way to get your product to market.

It suits testing a product, launching a first drop, uniforms, merch and event ranges. Read more about blank customisation.

Custom cut and sew — from 300 pieces per style-colour

Everything is developed for your brand: fabric, colour, pattern, fit, construction, wash, finishing and trims. This is how you build a garment that cannot be bought off a shelf. Read more about our cut, sew and finish manufacturing.

It suits brands with an established product direction that need their own fit and fabric. It takes longer and costs more upfront, and it is the only route to a genuinely proprietary product.

What we handle

Everything from sketch to shipped carton

You can hand us a finished tech pack and a purchase order. You can also arrive with a Pinterest board and a rough idea. Both are workable, and both are common.

Why Lahore

A manufacturing base that specialises in knitwear

Pakistan is the fourth-largest apparel exporter in Asia. Lahore and Faisalabad sit at the centre of the country’s knitwear and denim industry, which means the mills, dye houses, laundries and trim suppliers are all within a few hours of each other.

For you, that shows up as three practical things. Fabric development moves faster because mills are close. Small runs are more achievable because the supply chain is dense. And pricing is competitive against most alternative manufacturing bases.

The trade terms are worth knowing too. Pakistan holds GSP+ status with the European Union, which removes or reduces duty on most garment categories entering the EU. For UK and US imports, duty depends on the specific HS code and the applicable trade preferences for that category, and we confirm the exact treatment for your product before production — never after.

How we work

Sample before bulk. Every time.

We do not run bulk on an unapproved sample. This is not a formality — it is the single control that prevents the most expensive mistake in apparel manufacturing, which is discovering a fit or colour problem after three hundred units are sewn.

So the sequence is fixed. We review your specification and quote against it. We develop a sample and you approve it in writing. Only then does bulk cutting begin. During production you get updates rather than silence, and before shipment the order is measured and inspected against your approved specification.

You also get one point of contact for the whole project. Not a salesperson who hands you to an account manager who hands you to a merchandiser. One person who knows your order.

Where we fit

Who we are not for

Being clear about this saves everyone time.

We are not the cheapest option, and if lowest unit price is your only criterion, a very large factory will beat us. We are not a good fit for orders under 50 pieces. We do not manufacture leather goods, footwear, bags or accessories. And we will not run bulk without an approved sample, even if you ask us to.

We are a strong fit if you are a brand that needs a manufacturing partner to develop the product properly, hit a consistent quality standard, and still be answering your emails in month two.

Clothing manufacturing questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
Blank customisation starts at 50 pieces. Custom cut and sew starts at 300 pieces per style-colour. Exact minimums depend on the product and fabric, and we confirm them after reviewing your specification.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on garment complexity. Blank customisation typically runs 2 to 3 weeks. Custom cut and sew runs 6 to 10 weeks, including sampling. We give you a specific timeline once your product is specified.
Can you work from just an idea?
Yes. Many clients arrive with references rather than a tech pack. We can develop the design, specification, pattern and fabric from there, or work from a complete tech pack you already have.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We handle export documentation, compliance and freight to the US, UK, EU and other markets, and confirm the applicable duty treatment for your product before production.
What do you need from me to quote?
As much specification as you have — product type, quantity, fabric preference, decoration, target market and timeline. If you have a tech pack, send it. If you do not, tell us what you want to make and we will work it out from there.
How do you handle quality control?
Fabric is inspected on arrival, production is checked in-line, and finished goods receive a final AQL inspection with measurements against your approved specification before shipment.
