Apparel Sourcing
Apparel sourcing, handled by the people who make it
Fabric, trims, sampling and production sourced and managed from Lahore, Pakistan — one supply chain, one point of contact, confirmed numbers before you commit.
The problem
Sourcing goes wrong before the factory
Sourcing failures rarely happen on the sewing floor. They happen earlier — in a fabric that looked right on a screen and arrived the wrong weight, in a trim that nobody ordered, in a price that was based on a guess.
Most sourcing agents solve this by passing your brief to a factory and adding a margin. That works until something goes wrong, at which point nobody can tell you why.
We source the way a manufacturer sources. Fabric, trims and components come through the same supply chain we use for our own production, from mills and suppliers we buy from directly. When a fabric shifts in weight or a dye lot runs off-colour, we find out early because it is our order too.
What we source
Knit, woven, denim, and the trims nobody remembers
Fabric development is where most of the value sits, so that is where we start.
- Knit fabrics — jersey, fleece, french terry, rib, interlock, pique, in the weights and handfeels your product needs. Knitwear development.
- Woven fabrics — poplin, twill, canvas, oxford, and specialised wovens. Woven development.
- Denim — raw, selvedge, stretch and non-stretch, with wash development alongside. Denim development.
- Trims and accessories — zips, buttons, drawcords, elastics, interlinings, labels, swing tags and packaging.
- Testing and compliance — fibre content verification, colourfastness and the certifications your market requires.
Everything is sourced to hit your target weight, handfeel, colour and price — and we tell you when those four things cannot all be true at once, rather than quietly compromising one of them.
How it works
From brief to confirmed order
The process is deliberately unglamorous, because that is what makes it reliable.
- Brief and review. You tell us the product, the target price and the market. We tell you honestly what is achievable at your volume.
- Fabric options. We send swatches or lab dips with real prices and lead times attached — not a brochure.
- Sampling. The chosen fabric becomes a sample you can approve physically. Sampling service.
- Order confirmation. Quantities, price, lead time and duty treatment confirmed in writing before anything is cut.
- Production and inspection. Fabric inspected on arrival, production checked in-line, final AQL inspection before shipment. Quality control.
- Export. Documentation, compliance and freight to your door. Export and logistics.
Why it matters
Sourcing from Pakistan, specifically
Lahore and Faisalabad sit at the centre of Pakistan’s knitwear and denim industry. Mills, dye houses, laundries and trim suppliers are within a few hours of each other, which means development moves quickly and small runs stay achievable.
Pakistan holds GSP+ status with the European Union, removing or reducing duty on most garment categories entering the EU — a genuine cost advantage for European brands. For UK and US imports, duty depends on the specific HS code and the trade preferences applicable to that category. We confirm the exact treatment for your product before production, not after.
Worth saying plainly: we are not the cheapest supply chain available, and if unit price is your only criterion there are larger operations that will beat us. We are competitive for brands that need development done properly, quality held consistent, and someone still answering questions in month six.
