Case study
Knit developments
Hoodies, sweats, polos and tees with embroidery, chenille, rhinestone and embossed details — reviewed in hand at every sample stage.

Challenge
Decoration on knit behaves differently on every fabric weight. Embroidery puckers, rhinestones shift and embossing flattens if it is not developed on the real fabric.
Objective
Develop each decoration on the production fabric and review every sample in hand before approval.
Development
Developments include tonal embroidery, chenille lettering, rhinestone artwork, embossed logos, metal zip trims and washed garment dyes on fleece, terry and jersey.
Manufacturing
Samples are reviewed on the cutting table and in the studio — seams, trims, decoration and measurements — before bulk.
Final result
Knit ranges with decoration that survives production, from sample review to finished garment.
