Case study
Denim developments
Laser finishing, ombré tinting, bleach effects and pocket embroidery developed on the fabric and approved before bulk.

Challenge
Denim looks are made in the wash and finishing room. An effect that looks right on a mood board has to be repeatable across every pair in bulk.
Objective
Develop the fabric, wash and surface effects together and lock each one as an approved standard before production.
Fabric
Fabrics are selected from rolls by weight, shade and stretch, then tested through the intended wash.
Development
Effects developed include laser-etched rose and line patterns, spray-tinted ombré legs, bleach splatter, distressing and contrast pocket embroidery — each trialled on panels before full garments.
Finishing
Laser finishing and wash recipes are recorded so the approved look can be repeated across the order.
Final result
Approved wash and finish standards that move straight into production.
