Case study
Knit fabric production
On the mill floor: circular knitting, dyeing and finishing of jersey fabric for our knit programmes.

Challenge
Fabric quality decides garment quality. GSM, shade and shrinkage have to be controlled at the mill, not corrected after cutting.
Objective
Follow the fabric through knitting, dyeing and finishing so every roll matches the approved standard.
Fabric
Yarn is knitted on circular knitting machines into tubular jersey, then scoured, dyed and finished before being stored as greige and finished rolls.
Final result
Fabric that arrives at cutting already approved for weight, shade and handfeel.
