Case study
CLO 3D garment development
Tees, overshirts, outerwear and tracksuits developed digitally in CLO 3D — fit, drape, stitch detail and artwork resolved before a physical sample.

Challenge
Brands lose weeks and fabric to sampling rounds that only reveal fit and proportion problems once a garment is sewn.
Objective
Resolve silhouette, drape, stitch detail, artwork placement and colourways digitally, so the first physical sample is already close to approved.
CLO 3D
Each style is built from pattern pieces in CLO 3D with fabric physics for jersey, twill, denim and fleece. Decorative stitching, patchwork, embroidery and placement prints are applied to the 3D garment and reviewed on an avatar and as flat renders.
Final result
A library of production-ready 3D garments — boxy tees, camp-collar shirts, a pleated cropped jacket, outerwear and a two-piece tracksuit — ready for tech packs and sampling.
