Workplace Policy
KreativStudio — Hybrid Work Model & Employee Guidelines
KreativStudio operates on a hybrid working model — a structured blend of in-studio and remote workdays
designed to optimize both team collaboration and focused, independent work. This model reflects our belief that great creative and technical work requires both deep individual focus and real human connection. We have built our working environment to support both equally.
THE HYBRID MODEL — HOW IT WORKS
Our hybrid model divides the working week between in-studio days and remote working days. In-studio days are reserved for team collaboration, client presentations, design reviews, joint production sessions, and any work that benefits from face-to-face interaction. Remote working days are structured for deep-focus tasks — tech pack development, 3D garment builds, graphic design, client deliverable production, and independent research.
All employees and team members are expected to be fully available during designated working hours regardless of whether they are working in-studio or remotely. This means being reachable via designated communication channels, attending all scheduled team syncs, client meetings, and joint project sessions, and meeting all agreed deadlines and deliverable timelines.
IN-STUDIO EXPECTATIONS
- All team members are expected to attend in-studio on designated collaboration days as scheduled by
- department heads.
- In-studio days are non-negotiable for client-facing meetings, sample reviews, design approvals, and team
planning sessions. - Professional conduct, appropriate dress, and a collaborative attitude are expected at all times in the studio
environment. - Equipment, materials, and shared studio resources must be used responsibly and returned to their
designated locations. - Any conflicts with scheduled in-studio days must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and
approved by the relevant department head.
REMOTE WORKING EXPECTATIONS

- Remote working days require the same level of output, availability, and professionalism as in-studio days.
- All team members must be reachable via WhatsApp Business, email, and designated project management tools during working hours.
- Video attendance is required for all scheduled team syncs and client calls, regardless of working location.
- Remote team members are responsible for maintaining a suitable, professional working environment
during client-facing calls. - Deliverables due on remote working days must be submitted on time. Remote status does not extend
deadlines. - All work produced remotely remains the intellectual property of KreavtivStudio and must be handled with
appropriate confidentiality
