A working tech pack in Excel or Google Sheets, with one tab per section: cover, technical sketch, fabric, bill of materials, points of measure with grading, construction and stitching, labels and artwork, packaging and revision history.
The points of measure are specific to the sweatshirt. Fill in the cream cells and mark anything unknown as TBC — a factory can quote and sample from a complete pack, and an honest TBC beats a guessed number.
